From the very beginning of Lilly & Sam’s story, it was clear these two were meant for each other. They met while studying at Montclair State University and quickly realized they were a perfect match. Two and a half years later, Sam proposed in the most “them” way—on the putting green during his birthday golf outing. Lilly turned around to find him on one knee, and she spent the rest of the day driving the golf cart around calling family and friends with the happy news!
As a couple, Lilly and Sam balance each other beautifully. They excel in the places where the other is weaker, share the same values, and love spending time with family, their puppy, and each other. Their favorite weekends are spent cooking, visiting farms, and making plans together—simple joys that reflect the heart of who they are.
Their wedding day at Brigalias was every bit as genuine and beautiful as they are. The ceremony was held in the chapel onsite, with live music performed by Lilly’s brother, Donald (@donaldschweikertmusic)—a moment that added such a personal and heartfelt touch.
From there, the celebration moved to the barn for their reception, where guests danced the night away under the stars. Lilly looked like a fairytale bride in her gown from Moonlight Bridal, and Sam was every bit the classic groom in his tux from Chad Moore tux.
What stood out most was the way Sam looked at Lilly—the kind of love that feels both traditional and deeply genuine. Their wedding wasn’t just about the details (though everything was flawless); it was about celebrating a love that’s real, steady, and full of joy.
Lilly & Sam, your day was truly a dream to capture, and I couldn’t be happier for the start of this next chapter in your lives. ✨
